The item is very nice, well made. I bought this as a gift. This was my first purchase on Etsy and probably the last.
Customer service help was nearly impossible. You have to contact the seller for help. I was misled with the shipping date. I wanted it by a certain date and original shipping date was perfect. However, it did not arrive until 7 days after that. Very disappointed.
